These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) constitute a legally binding electronic contract between you (“User”, “You”, “Employer”, or “Job Seeker”) and Zaadha Jobs (“Company”, “We”, “Us”, or “Our”), a proprietary undertaking represented by its Founder and Proprietor, Ajith KS, having its principal place of business at Aluva, Ernakulam – 683101, Kerala, India.
By ticking the mandatory acceptance checkbox and clicking "Sign in with Google", you perform a verifiable affirmative action pursuant to the DPDP Act, 2023.
This action constitutes a valid electronic signature and a legally binding contract. A digital artifact of this consent (including IP address and timestamp) will be logged and retained as proof of this agreement.
If you do not agree, do not check the box or use the Platform.

Use of the Platform by minors is strictly prohibited.
Zaadha Jobs operates strictly as an “Intermediary” under Section 2(1)(w) of the Information Technology Act, 2000. We provide a technology platform only to enable interaction between Employers and Job Seekers.
You expressly acknowledge that:
Zaadha Jobs is not a party to such arrangements and bears no liability arising from them.
The Platform relies on third-party infrastructure:
We are not responsible for service interruptions, failures, or data issues caused by these providers. Your use of such services may also be governed by their respective terms and policies.
Access to the Platform requires Google Sign-In. You are responsible for safeguarding your account and any activity carried out through it.
You may maintain only one account. Creating multiple accounts to bypass restrictions or enforcement actions is strictly prohibited.
You may delete your account via the Platform settings.
However, you acknowledge that under CERT-In Cyber Security Directions (2022), certain security and access data (including IP logs and associated identifiers) will be retained in a secure archive for 180 days before permanent deletion, as detailed in our Privacy Policy.
You agree to comply strictly with this policy. Enforcement is supported by automated systems, including regex filters and moderation logic.

We do not record calls, but connection metadata (IP, timestamps) is logged for security purposes.
You shall not:
By posting content, you grant Zaadha Jobs a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to host, display, index, and distribute such content solely for operating the Platform (including search indexing).
You warrant that all information provided by you is accurate, lawful, and genuine.
We reserve the right to suspend or block any User and remove content immediately and without notice if a violation of these Terms is detected. Blocked users may have sessions revoked via Firebase Authentication controls.
Location data is processed using Mapbox and device sensors. You acknowledge that location accuracy depends on device and network conditions, and we are not liable for inaccuracies.
All intellectual property relating to the Platform (excluding User content), including software, design, algorithms, and branding, is the exclusive property of Zaadha Jobs. Nothing in these Terms transfers ownership rights to Users.
The Platform is ad-supported via Google AdMob. We are not responsible for third-party advertisements or any transactions between Users and advertisers.
THE PLATFORM IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.”
We expressly disclaim all warranties, including:
Users must perform their own due diligence before accepting or offering work.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Zaadha Jobs, its Founder, or affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from Platform use or third-party conduct.
Maximum total liability: ₹1,000 (Indian Rupees One Thousand).
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Zaadha Jobs and its Founder from any claims arising out of:
These Terms are governed by the laws of India, including the Information Technology Act, 2000 and Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023.
Courts at Ernakulam, Kerala shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
